How Does Happy Hull Work?
- Float onto the protector.
Happy Hull stays at your sheltered marina berth. Gentle float your boat onto the Happy Hull. It will guide you safely to a gentle stop. - Raise the rear tailgate.
Close the protector around the stern to reduce fresh seawater circulation. - Remove trapped water.
The included solar pump runs in daylight. The optional 12V AutoPump PRO Mk2 provides faster, timed drainage.
Important: Engines and bow thrusters must remain off inside the protector.

cheaper alternatives after only 6 weeks *

* Happy Hull antimicrobial & standard material were submerged in seawater, at our Brighton testing ground, for 6 weeks to compare marine growth rates between the materials. The standard material displayed 70% more organic matter attached vs the Happy Hull antimicrobial sample.
Why we developed Happy Hull
Rory and Lydia founded Happy Hull in Brighton in 2020 after looking for a practical way to protect their own Axopar 28 without applying antifouling paint. The design grew from that everyday boating problem.
