Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Goods are custom-made and non-refundable except under warranty.
• Deploying the Goods into water constitutes acceptance by the Customer.
• The Supplier may cancel an order if the Customer breaches these Terms, provides false information, or becomes insolvent.
• Warranty returns must be returned to the Supplier’s base for assessment.
